总公司湖南桂阳银星有色冶炼有限公司是一家民营独资企业，始建于1997年，占地面积515亩，固定资产原值1.24亿元，年产值6亿元，下设4个分公司,8个生产车间，10万吨环保富氧炼铅项目现已进入筹建阶段,一期配套工程氧化锌厂现已投产，2009年此项目正式投厂后将关停过去的淘汰设备烧结冶炼。主要产品有：粗铅、电铅、精铋、银锭、氧化锑、氧化锌、碲等。
